HOW TO PURCHASE TICKETS
To book a game date, you must purchase at least 4 tickets or 10 tickets (taking advantage of the 10+2 promotion; see the Price list tab). Payment must be made within 7 days by:
- Bank transfer (confirmation of ticket purchase is sent to the provided email address).
- Cash payment at the Arena – Fort Va at Lechicka 59 street (the issued receipt serves as proof of ticket purchase).
Any remaining tickets must be paid for in cash, by card, or via BLIK on-site before the pre-game briefing.
BANK TRANSFER PAYMENT
To book a game date, you must purchase at least 4 tickets or 10 tickets (taking advantage of the 10+2 promotion; see the Price list tab). Payment should be made by bank transfer within 7 days. Please email the payment confirmation to [email protected].
You may withdraw from the Ticket Sales Agreement (contractual right of withdrawal) no later than 72 hours before the scheduled game time. Withdrawal is carried out via the contact form or email by submitting the relevant statement.
Note: If you would like an invoice instead of a receipt, please inform us before making the payment! Otherwise, the payment will be recorded on the cash register (and it will no longer be possible to issue an invoice). The receipt can be picked up at our office located at Włościańska 5/41 street.
The ticket price includes 8% VAT, while Party Room or Campfire Area rental includes 23% VAT.

RESERVATION TIME:
It includes game and training time – e.g. in the case of an hour-long game it is in total:
90 minutes: 60 minutes of game time + 30 minutes for training, preparation and post-game statistics.
NO ENTRY BY CAR
Guests are not permitted to drive onto the grounds of Fort Va. The restriction does not apply to authorised vehicles, namely:
- A single vehicle designated in advance by the event organizer,
- Vehicles belonging to Fort Va employees,
- Delivery vehicles (e.g., catering).
LEARN MORE
The designated vehicle for the event organizer is limited to one car only (this applies to the entire reservation, regardless of the number of co-organizers). When making a reservation, please provide the license plate number of the car that will be parked at the Fort for the duration of your event.
We kindly ask that unauthorized vehicles do not enter the grounds of Fort Va. Cars can be left in the Biedronka market parking lot at Lechicka 59, in the parking area near the Chrobrego 37 apartment building, or at the office building parking lot at Lechicka 59.
Unauthorized vehicles will be reported by Fort Va Administration for towing. Therefore, we kindly request that you follow these rules (provide the license plate number of the event organizer’s vehicle, and no other cars are allowed to drive onto Fort Va premises).
FOR THE GAME YOU NEED TO
● Arrive on time for your reservation, so as not to overlap with the previous group.
● Bring with you or come dressed in comfortable running attire and appropriate footwear.
● Bring a card or cash, if the full payment for the game has not been made.
● Bring water to drink.
PRICE INCLUDES:
equipment rental, training and post-game statistics.
Laser Tag is not classic paintball, there are no masks, special costumes or limited ammunition.
USEFUL IN THE SUMMER
● a large bottle of water (especially for outdoor games),
● sports footwear (we do not play in sandals or flip-flops, so you should bring a change of shoes),
● mosquito/tick repellent for outdoor games.
PERMISSION FOR UNDERAGED PLAYERS
● A group of children aged 8-15 must come with at least one adult guardian,
● Children aged 15-17 can come alone, but must have written permission to play made out by their parents or legal guardians.
People under the influence of alcohol or other substances are not allowed to play Laser Tag!
