For the purpose of using Facebook tools, your personal data may be transferred to the United States, where Meta Platforms Inc. servers are located.

For the purpose of using the Cookiebot tool, your personal data may be transferred outside the EEA.

Usercentrics A/S uses suppliers that are located in third countries and countries where the level of data protection does not correspond to that of the European Union. In such cases, Usercentrics A/S, where the European Commission has not issued a decision finding an adequate level of protection for these countries, shall take appropriate precautions to ensure an adequate level of protection. These include the European Union’s standard contractual clauses or binding internal data protection rules. For the purpose of using the WordPress metrics and marketing tools, your personal data may be transferred to the United States, where Automattic Inc. servers are located.

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS RELATING TO OUR PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • request access to your personal data,
  • request the rectification of your personal data,
  • request the removal of your personal data,
  • request the restriction of the processing of your personal data,
  • object to the processing of your personal data,
  • request the transfer of your personal data.

Should you make any of the aforementioned requests to us, we will inform you without undue delay – and at least within one month of receipt of the request – of the action taken in relation to the request you have made.

We may extend the one-month period by a further two months if necessary due to the complexity of the request or the number of requests.

We will inform you in any case within one month of receipt of the request about the extension of the deadline and give you the reasons for the delay.

Right of access to personal data (Article 15 GDPR)

You have the right to be informed whether we process your personal data. If we process your personal data, you have the right:

  • to be informed about the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data processed, the recipients or categories of recipients of that data, the intended period of storage of your data or the criteria for determining that period, your rights under the GDPR and the right to make a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, the source of that data, automated decision-making, including profiling, and the safeguards applied relating to the transfer of that data outside the European Union;

The right to erasure of personal data, the so-called ‘right to be forgotten’ (Article 17 GDPR)

You have the right to request the erasure of your personal data when:

  • your personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed;
  • you have withdrawn specific consent, relating to the extent that personal data was processed based on your consent;
  • your personal data has been processed in an unlawful manner;
  • you have objected to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling, relating to the processing of your personal data;
  • you have objected to the processing of your personal data relating to processing necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or processing necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by us or a third party.

Notwithstanding your request for erasure, we may continue to process your data for the purpose of establishing, asserting or defending claims, of which you will be informed.

The right to request the restriction of the processing of personal data (Article 18 GDPR)

The right to request the portability of personal data (Article 20 GDPR)

As standard, we will provide you with your personal data in CSV format. Should you prefer to have your data made available to you in a different format, please indicate your preferred format in your request. Where possible, we will try to provide you with your data in your preferred format.

You can also request that we send your personal data directly to another data controller (if technically possible).

Complaint to the supervisory authority
